About The Position

The Retail Store Manager leads by example and inspires the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The manager empowers employees to connect customers to their world and oversees store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, and asset protection. This role ensures the store operates smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards, while serving as the primary point of contact for store employees.

The manager builds and maintains a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team, driving sales, customer experience, and operational goals. The position also calls for strong leadership and a thorough understanding of the retail environment. This is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications, plus eligibility for uncapped commission. Total compensation varies according to hourly wages, sales performance, and commission earnings.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule required.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales and sales management required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team; work in a fast-paced environment; and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management.

• Follow and enforce United Wireless policies, procedures, and standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
