About The Position

MobileOne is seeking an energetic, results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead a wireless retail location. The manager oversees daily store operations, leads and develops the team, and ensures sales and service goals are met. The role is primarily on the sales floor, coaching employees, assisting customers, and ensuring the store runs smoothly. MobileOne emphasizes developing leaders, rewarding performance, and creating a supportive environment for employees and customers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail management experience; wireless retail industry experience is required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting the team and stepping in to handle escalations.
• Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members while supporting their career growth.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture where employees and customers feel valued.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate reporting and records.
• Adhere to labor budgets and ensure the team completes training on time.
