About The Position

Verge Mobile, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is seeking a people-first Retail Store Manager to lead a competitive team and create excellent customer experiences. The manager is responsible for overall store productivity, including sales goals, operations, and customer experience, and leads by example as an expert resource for the team. The role involves recruiting, training, developing, coaching, and recognizing employees while ensuring they meet or exceed monthly success measurements. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and includes physical activities such as extended standing and walking, lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds, and bending, kneeling, and reaching. The listed minimum pay is $23.00 per hour, with uncapped monthly commissions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Impactful leadership with a people-first mindset.
• Passion for exceeding goals and winning as a team.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to receive identity verification with CLEAR before being hired.
