About The Position

The Retail Stock employee supports store logistics and inventory operations while helping provide outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include receiving and processing freight, delivering merchandise to selling departments, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, and using inventory management systems to scan, process, and research shipments. The role also helps maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms and provides general store support, such as preparing special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating fixtures. The position is seasonal and based at Towson Town Center.

• Ability to handle bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
• Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds, and to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders in accordance with quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments according to inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
