About The Position

The Retail Stock & Fulfillment role supports store operations by receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, and helping maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. The position may also provide general store support, including preparing for special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.

The role requires continuous movement during shifts, frequent handling of merchandise, and lifting and carrying items of varying weights. Pay is $16.45–$17.15 per hour; offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

• Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
• Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver newly arrived items to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while meeting quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
