About The Position

Nestlé’s Walnut Creek Nespresso boutique is seeking a Retail Stock Associate to help keep boutique operations running smoothly. The role focuses on maintaining an organized stockroom, managing inventory, receiving shipments, and supporting sales staff by ensuring products are available. The associate also helps provide customers with an elevated boutique experience by replenishing merchandise and supporting the sales floor as needed. This position requires availability for opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays. The role involves lifting boxes up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders. Pay is $21.00 per hour, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses based on team sales and service goals.

Requirements

Be punctual and available to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Show patience with day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment and resourcefulness in troubleshooting on the spot.
Be able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

Process inbound and outbound stock shipments.
Assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising, and product transfers.
Keep the stockroom organized so products are easy for the sales team to locate.
Replenish merchandise in the boutique and assist the sales floor as needed.
Help maintain a safe and clean boutique environment and demonstrate loss-prevention efforts.
