About The Position

The Retail Stock Associate supports retail operations by verifying and preparing merchandise, organizing stock and supplies, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment. The role helps create a positive guest shopping experience through careful attention to detail and ownership of stockroom and merchandise tasks. The starting rate is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail, stocking, or warehouse work.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Count, inspect, and prepare merchandise upon delivery for transport to retail stores and storage rooms.
• Stock and replenish merchandise in stores according to department and visual merchandising standards.
• Communicate merchandise and supply inventory needs to Assistant Managers, Managers, and vendors.
• Assist in preparing for and conducting physical inventory and cycle counts.
