About The Position

cabi is a women’s retail clothing company focused on connection, confidence, and purpose. The Shift Supervisor at cabi Outlet is a customer-focused member of the store leadership team who helps drive store success by delivering personalized styling and service, supporting sales performance, coaching associates, and assisting with store operations. The role works in a fast-paced retail environment and contributes to a collaborative, positive team culture and a clean, organized, welcoming store.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, Retail Associate, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement.
• Leadership mindset and ability to motivate and support a team.
• Organized and dependable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and step stools as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized styling and customer service so guests feel valued.
• Build customer relationships through outreach and clienteling programs.
• Support sales goals, KPIs, and daily store performance.
• Assist with phone orders and customer inquiries.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, professionalism, and positivity.
• Help foster a fun, collaborative, high-performing work environment.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Support Sales Associates through coaching, communication, and teamwork.
• Assist with daily operations and uphold company standards.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing displays.
• Support inventory, shipment processing, and store organization.
• Handle cash management and bank deposits accurately and with integrity.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
