Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail management and/or team leadership.
• At least 1 year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations.
• At least 1 year of experience training and/or developing teams.
• Ability to work various shifts.
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting or moving of items weighing 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility is safe, clean, and well maintained, and that proper safety procedures are followed.
• Oversee daily operations, including efficient inventory management and customer service.
• Assist the management team with task execution and completion, scheduling, and cash integrity.
• Manage cash register operations.
• Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.
