As a Retail Shift Lead at Love’s, you will be among the first leaders customers and team members rely on. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in retail management and/or team leadership.
- At least 1 year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations.
- At least 1 year of experience training and/or developing teams.
- Ability to work various shifts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to frequently lift or move items weighing more than 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the facility is safe, clean, and well maintained, and follow proper safety procedures.
- Oversee daily operations, including efficient inventory management and optimal customer service.
- Assist the management team with task execution and completion, scheduling, and cash integrity.
- Manage cash register operations.
- Supervise and train team members and foster a positive work environment.
