EZCORP is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead the way and step into greater roles tomorrow. The Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) position offers competitive pay with opportunities for advancement. Completing the initial 5-week paid training program earns a raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker. Further training for an Assistant Manager position is available, including a 6-month program to build the foundation to run a store. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
- Sales background, a plus
- Bilingual, a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers.
- Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
- Lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement.
- Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment.
- Process loans and extensions.
- Come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned.
- Perform opening and closing store procedures.
- Supervise and coach store Team Members.
