Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Engaging personality
• Solid leadership skills
• Strong negotiation talents
• Ability to read and manage customer needs
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent judgment
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build solid ongoing customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build customer relationships.
• Promote sales and make deals for pawn items.
• Create a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment.
• Process loans and extensions.
• Negotiate terms for pawned items.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store team members.
• Lead and influence team members through coaching and hands-on involvement.
