The Retail Shift Leader (Lead Pawn Broker) position offers competitive pay, generous bonus potential, and great benefits. Completing the initial 5-week paid training program earns a raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker. Structured leadership training programs are available, with a path to train for an Assistant Manager position including a 6-month training program. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
- Sales background, a plus
- Bilingual, a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers.
- Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
- Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment.
- Process loans and extensions.
- Come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned.
- Perform opening and closing store procedures.
- Supervise and coach store Team Members.
