EZCORP is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead the way and step into greater roles tomorrow. The Retail Shift Leader (Lead Pawn Broker) position offers competitive pay, generous bonus potential, and great benefits. EZCORP provides a structured career path for Team Members to enhance customer service and leadership skills. Completing the initial 5-week paid training program earns a $.50 raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker. Further training for an Assistant Manager position is available, with a 6-month program to build the foundation to run a store. The role involves providing outstanding customer service, building customer relationships, promoting sales, and making deals for pawn items. It offers career growth in a retail environment, connecting with the community, and making a positive difference while leading and influencing Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement. The Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) is responsible for providing a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
- Sales background, a plus
- Bilingual, a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers.
- Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
- Lead and influence Team Members around you through coaching and hands-on involvement.
- Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment.
- Processing loans and extensions.
- Coming to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned.
- Performing opening and closing store procedures.
- Supervising and coaching store Team Members.
