About The Position

The Retail Service Team Member delivers friendly customer service, helps customers shop and locate products, and provides a fast and friendly checkout experience. The role also supports truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, and other store operations to maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Team members assist with omnichannel orders, promote customer programs, support shrink and safety initiatives, and follow company procedures and policies. This role is seasonal and includes overnight or early-morning work.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
• Must satisfy applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and identify solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact respectfully and positively with others, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
