About The Position

As an Overnight Retail Team Member at Maverik, you will help create an exceptional customer experience and keep the store ready for the day ahead. You will stock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store, assist customers, and prepare the store for the morning rush. The role involves delivering Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) behaviors, moving between customer service and store tasks, and adapting to changing situations in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time overnight opportunity. The listed starting pay is $19.29–$21.29 per hour, with a $3.00 per hour shift differential for qualifying hours. To qualify for the differential, you must work at least five hours between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older to apply.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Food Handler Permit, if required by the applicable store, county, or jurisdiction.
• Must be able to perform the physical activities described, including frequent standing, walking, handling, reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing; the position may require lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
