About The Position

As a Macy’s Women’s Clothing Selling Support colleague, you help customers express their personal style and make fashion inspiring. You use hospitality, product knowledge, and awareness of trends to build customer relationships through genuine conversations. You circulate the sales floor to understand customer needs, explain loyalty program benefits, and support a seamless shopping experience. You also maintain merchandise standards, help keep fitting rooms and the sales floor orderly, and assist with fulfillment to maintain a polished, shop-ready environment.
