About The Position
Clarks is seeking seasonal part-time Sales Associates to join its retail team. Associates help deliver a positive shopping experience and support store sales, merchandising, and daily operations while exemplifying the Clarks brand. The role involves standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock, and ensure products are placed properly.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
