About The Position

SMCP is hiring a Seasonal Operations Associate to support the Sandro and Maje locations at Bloomingdale’s Mosaic. The role focuses on maintaining efficient back-of-house operations and supporting a positive customer experience. The associate handles a varied mix of operational, merchandising, inventory, and sales-floor tasks; the work is described as varied from day to day. Requirements

• At least 1 year of prior sales support experience, including POS, merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work within established timelines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid problem-solving skills.
• Brand-appropriate personal presentation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to meet the business’s scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Process administrative and merchandise paperwork.
• Check in and process merchandise.
• Handle store-to-store transfers, markdowns, and returns to vendor (RTVs).
• Support visual merchandising, floor sets, and floor moves.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain the store.
• Support asset protection and shortage strategies.
• Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and physical inventory preparation and execution.
• Maintain stockroom organization and safety.
• Provide sales-floor support, including point-of-sale (POS) duties and greeting customers.
