About The Position

The Retail Sales role supports the Holiday Gift Shop at Irvine Spectrum Center. The employee sets and achieves in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media; builds lasting customer relationships; and provides service on customers’ terms. They offer honest, confident feedback on style and fit and develop fashion and product knowledge. The role also includes maintaining a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning, as well as opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts. Hours and schedules vary by week based on business needs. The employee may occasionally need to perform duties in a department other than the one they were hired into. This is a seasonal role.

Responsibilities
