About The Position
The Retail Sales Supervisor is a full-time role on a high-performing team, suited to someone with recent leadership experience and an interest in a retail career. The Supervisor helps deliver professional customer service, maintains store standards, learns and supports all areas of store operations, and leads, coaches, and develops associates. The position is eligible for a monthly bonus and offers comprehensive benefits. The anticipated pay rate is $18.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Store operating hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; schedules are described as respectful.

Responsibilities
- Ensure and model professional customer service.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
- Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities.
- Lead, coach, and develop others.
- Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
