About The Position

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a store and drive performance through strategic leadership and daily operations. The manager fosters a culture of service, accountability, and excellence, spending most of their time on the showroom floor coaching and motivating the team, maintaining an appealing showroom, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with The Bob’s Way. This is a full-time, in-store leadership position requiring availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and interact on the showroom floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading a high-volume retail store.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across functions and resolve problems under pressure.

• Base salary of $70,000–$75,000 plus incentive bonuses; total expected compensation of $85,000–$115,000, with bonuses guaranteed during training.
