About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, then provide expert service and recommendations. You will maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through required training, certifications, and self-development. The role focuses on making customers feel excited, confident, and appreciated by providing relevant, memorable solutions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
