About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through required trainings, certifications, and self-development. The role focuses on making customers feel excited, confident, and appreciated by providing relevant and memorable solutions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services.
