About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, then provide expert service and recommendations. You will maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through required training, certifications, and self-development. The role focuses on helping customers feel excited, confident, and appreciated through relevant, memorable solutions.

You will support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth, and achieve sales goals. You will use training and available tools to provide complete solutions, create positive customer experiences, stay current on promotional initiatives, and identify customers’ current and long-term technology needs. You will also continuously develop your skills and maintain department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services.
