About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget, and provide expert service and recommendations. You will maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through required trainings, certifications and self-development. The role focuses on helping customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing relevant and memorable solutions.

You will support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals. You will also discover customers’ current and long-term technology needs, keep current on promotional initiatives, and maintain department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or a related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services.
