About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget, then provide expert service and recommendations. You will maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through required training, certifications and self-development. The role focuses on helping customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing relevant, memorable solutions.

You will support the customer experience in your department, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals. You will use training and available tools to provide complete solutions, stay current on promotional initiatives, identify customers’ current and long-term technology needs, and maintain department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or a related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services.
