About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products at Best Buy, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget, then provide expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through required training, certifications and self-development. The role focuses on making customers feel excited, confident and appreciated through relevant, memorable solutions.

You’ll support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals. You’ll also keep current on promotional initiatives, discover customers’ current and long-term technology needs, continually develop your skills, and maintain department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or a related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services.
