About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products at Best Buy, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, then provide expert service and recommendations. You will maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through required training, certifications, and self-development, and provide relevant, memorable solutions that help customers feel excited, confident, and appreciated.

The role involves supporting the customer experience, completing transactions, driving profitable growth, and achieving sales goals. You will use training and available tools to offer complete solutions, stay current on promotional initiatives, identify customers’ current and long-term technology needs, and maintain department merchandising and organization. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
