About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products, you engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services.
