About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget, and provide expert service and recommendations. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or a related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services.
