About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through required trainings, certifications and self-development. In this role, you’ll help customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing relevant and memorable solutions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or a related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services.
