About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, then provide expert service and recommendations. You will maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through required training, certifications, and self-development. The role focuses on helping customers feel excited, confident, and appreciated by providing relevant and memorable solutions.

You will support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth, and achieve sales goals. You will use training and available tools to deliver complete solutions, stay current on promotional initiatives, and identify customers’ current and long-term technology needs. You will also maintain department merchandising and organization while continuously developing your skills.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services.
