About The Position
At TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer, the Retail Sales Representative helps create a positive impact for employees, customers, and communities. The role focuses on building customer connections, understanding needs, and providing wireless solutions in person and over the phone. Representatives contribute to sales performance while delivering attentive customer care, and may support store opening. Ongoing training, collaboration, and growth opportunities help develop skills for a long-term career. The position also involves community participation and may require work at multiple locations.
Requirements
- At least a high school diploma.
- Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a retail, storefront environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in multiple locations if required.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods and to lift 10 pounds as needed.
- Ability to travel approximately 10%, based on business needs.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
