About The Position
TCC, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to serve customers in a retail storefront environment. The role focuses on building customer connections, understanding their needs, and offering wireless solutions in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include opening the store, welcoming customers, contributing to sales performance, and delivering customer care that builds trust and exceeds expectations. The position includes ongoing training, collaboration, and growth opportunities, as well as involvement in community initiatives. Work may take place at multiple locations and requires approximately 10% travel based on business needs.
Requirements
- At least a high school diploma.
- Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a retail storefront environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work at multiple locations if required.
- Ability to travel approximately 10%, based on business needs.
- Frequent standing and ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
