Retail Sales Representative
About The Position
TCC, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to serve customers in a retail store and over the phone. The role focuses on building customer connections, understanding their needs, and providing solutions while delivering strong sales performance and genuine customer care. The representative may open the store, welcome customers, and contribute to community involvement beyond the store. Ongoing training, collaboration, and growth opportunities support development toward a long-term career. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, generous monthly bonuses, and an annual profit-sharing bonus. The posting gives an average annual salary of $55,000–$65,000, guaranteed hourly pay, and same-day pay options. The role requires full-time hours, a flexible schedule that can include nights, weekends, and holidays, and work in a retail storefront. Work in multiple locations and approximately 10% travel may be required based on business needs.
Requirements
