About The Position
At TCC, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, the Retail Sales Representative helps customers find wireless solutions while building trust and meaningful connections. The role involves opening the store, welcoming customers, learning about their needs, and serving them in person or over the phone. Success combines sales performance with genuine customer care. The role offers an hourly rate, uncapped commission, bonuses, profit sharing, and same-day pay options.
Requirements
- At least a high school diploma.
- Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a retail storefront environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods, and to lift 10 pounds as needed.
- Ability to travel approximately 10%, based on business needs.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
