About The Position

TCC, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to help customers find wireless solutions while building trust and strong customer relationships. The role combines sales performance with customer care, with customer interactions taking place in the store and over the phone. A typical day may include opening the store, welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending solutions. Ongoing training, collaboration, growth opportunities, and community involvement support development and extend the role’s impact beyond the store. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, monthly bonuses, and an annual profit-sharing bonus. The posting gives an average salary of $55,000–$65,000 per year, hourly guaranteed pay, and same-day pay options.

Requirements

At least a high school diploma.
Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in a retail storefront environment.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods, and to lift 10 pounds as needed.
Ability to travel approximately 10%, based on business needs.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
