Retail Sales Representative
About The Position
TCC, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to serve customers in a retail wireless environment. The role focuses on building customer connections, understanding needs, providing solutions, and delivering value and trust in every interaction, both in-store and over the phone. The representative contributes to sales performance and customer care, participates in ongoing training and collaboration, develops skills for a long-term career, and supports community involvement. Duties may include opening the store and working at multiple locations as business needs require.
Requirements
- At least a high school diploma.
- Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a retail storefront environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in multiple locations if required.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods, and lift 10 pounds as needed.
- Ability to travel approximately 10%, based on business needs.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
