About The Position

TCC, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to help customers find wireless products and solutions while building trust and lasting customer relationships. The role involves opening the store, welcoming customers, learning about their needs, and serving customers both in person and over the phone. Success combines sales performance with genuine customer care, supported by ongoing training, collaboration, and opportunities for career development. The position also contributes to community involvement beyond the store. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, monthly bonuses, and an annual profit-sharing bonus. The posting gives an average salary range of $55,000–$65,000 per year, guaranteed hourly pay, and same-day pay options.

Requirements

At least a high school diploma.
Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in a retail storefront environment.
Reliable transportation.
May be required to work at multiple locations.
Ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; frequent standing is required.
Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed.
Ability to travel approximately 10%, based on business needs.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
