About The Position
The Retail Sales Representative connects customers with the T-Mobile brand in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. The role focuses on providing world-class customer service, building lasting relationships, and helping customers choose wireless devices, plans, and services. The representative works with store management to operate the retail facility and is responsible for achieving assigned performance metrics and monthly revenue goals. The position is full-time and offers base pay plus commission. Duties may change at any time, with or without notice. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- At least 6 months of retail and/or sales experience with a strong customer focus.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
- Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to problem-solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make sound decisions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor.
- Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer phones, and assess customer needs while providing world-class customer service.
- Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and meeting quality metrics.
- Build relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across business channels.
- Work with store management to open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits according to operational control standards.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain the store, back room, restrooms, and personal work area according to retail standards.
- Explore customer needs and assist with service activations and changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory sales, price-plan changes, and upgrades.
- Achieve assigned performance metrics.
