About The Position
The Full-Time Retail Sales Representative works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment and serves as a connection between customers and the T-Mobile brand. The representative is expected to know wireless devices and pricing plans, build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues, and achieve assigned performance metrics. The role includes providing customer support, selling products and services, and assisting with store operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of retail and/or sales experience with a strong customer focus.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
- Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to problem-solve, analyze results, plan ahead, and make sound decisions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor.
- Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
- Bilingual skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by greeting store visitors, answering phones, and assessing customer needs.
- Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and meeting quality metrics.
- Build relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across business channels.
- Work with store management to open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits under operations control standards.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain the store, back room, restrooms, and individual work area according to retail standards.
- Explore customer needs and assist with service activations and changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory sales, price plan changes, and upgrades.
- Achieve assigned performance metrics.
