About The Position
The Part-Time Retail Sales Representative at T-Mobile Premium Retailer—TCC Wireless connects customers with the T-Mobile brand in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. The representative is expected to know wireless devices and pricing plans, build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues, provide thoughtful support for customers’ wireless needs, and achieve assigned performance metrics. Compensation includes base pay and commission, with advertised earnings of up to $20+ per hour all in.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of retail and/or sales experience with a strong customer focus.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
- Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to problem solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make sound decisions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor.
- Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
- Bilingual skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by greeting customers in the store, answering phones, and assessing customer needs.
- Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and meeting quality metrics.
- Build relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across all business channels.
- Work with store management to open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits according to operations control standards.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain the store, back room, restrooms, and individual work area according to retail store standards.
- Explore customer needs and provide support with service activations and changes, bill payments, equipment replacements, accessories, price plan changes, and upgrades.
- Achieve assigned performance metrics.
