About The Position

The part-time Retail Sales Representative, also called a Mobile Expert, works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment as a connection between customers and the T-Mobile brand. The role focuses on customer service, building lasting relationships, learning wireless products and pricing plans, and meeting performance metrics. Compensation includes base pay and commission, with the posting advertising potential earnings of $20 or more per hour including commission. The representative assists customers with service activations and changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessories, price-plan changes, and upgrades. The role also supports store operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, inventory counts, deposits, maintaining the store, and following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of retail and/or sales experience with a strong customer focus.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
Ability to problem solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make sound decisions.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor.
Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, answer phones, assess customer needs, and provide world-class customer service.
Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and meeting quality metrics.
Build relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across business channels.
Work with store management to open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain the store, back room, restrooms, and individual work area according to retail standards.
Explore customer needs and assist with service activations, service changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory sales, price-plan changes, and upgrades.
Achieve assigned performance metrics.
