About The Position

The Retail Sales Representative works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment and serves as a connection between customers and the T-Mobile brand. The role focuses on providing customer service, building lasting relationships, understanding wireless devices and plans, and achieving assigned performance metrics. Compensation includes base pay and commission, with the posting stating earnings can reach $20+ per hour all in. The representative supports store operations alongside management, including opening and closing, cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits. The role also includes maintaining store cleanliness and standards, following company policies, and helping customers with activations, account changes, bill payments, equipment replacements, accessories, plan changes, and upgrades. The position is part-time and requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of retail and/or sales experience with a strong customer focus.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
Ability to problem-solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make sound decisions.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor.
Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, answer phones, assess customer needs, and provide world-class customer service.
Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and meeting quality metrics.
Build relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across business channels.
Work with store management to open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits according to operations control standards.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Maintain the store, back room, restrooms, and individual work area according to retail store standards.
Explore customer needs and assist with service activations, account changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory sales, price plan changes, and upgrades.
Achieve assigned performance metrics.
