About The Position

TCC, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for a new store coming to Cambridge, Massachusetts. The role focuses on building customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering wireless solutions in person and over the phone. Requirements

At least a high school diploma.
Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in a retail storefront environment.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; frequent standing is required.
Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed.
Ability to travel approximately 10%, based on business needs.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
