About The Position

MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for its Silverado Ranch location. The role centers on proactively engaging customers, identifying their wireless needs, and selling devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. Representatives work in a competitive, goal-driven environment, with daily coaching and accountability to support sales skill development and performance. The position offers uncapped commissions, incentives, and opportunities for advancement, including leadership development and a path toward management.

Requirements

Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
Must be 18 years or older.
