About The Position
MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to engage customers, identify their wireless needs, and sell devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. The role is suited to people interested in performance-based earnings and career advancement, with coaching and leadership development opportunities and promotion from within. The stated earning potential is $22.16–$35.57 per hour. Compensation includes a $700 ramp-up bonus, a guaranteed minimum 10% commission while starting, uncapped commission, monthly SPIFFs and incentives, referral bonuses, and bilingual compensation. Requirements
