About The Position

MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative in Omaha. The role offers an earning potential of $23.01–$42.41 per hour, including uncapped commission, a $700 ramp-up bonus, and a guaranteed minimum 10% commission to help new hires get started. Additional compensation includes monthly SPIFFs and incentives, referral bonuses, and bilingual compensation. Represent the brand in a store environment by proactively engaging customers, understanding their wireless needs, and selling devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. The role is goal-driven and includes ongoing coaching and accountability. Requirements

Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
At least 18 years old.
