About The Position

At TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer, the Retail Sales Representative helps customers find wireless solutions while building connections and trust. The role includes opening the store, welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and serving them in person and over the phone. Success combines sales performance with customer care, supported by ongoing training, collaboration, and opportunities for career growth. The position also contributes to community involvement beyond the store. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, monthly bonuses, and an annual profit-sharing bonus. Requirements

At least a high school diploma.
Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in a retail storefront environment.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work in multiple locations if required.
Ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods, and to lift 10 pounds as needed.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
